AMD has officially confirmed the release of ThreadRipper and AMD Ryzen 3, both processors will be soon available in the market, the official release date is early August, meaning 1st August most likely, meanwhile, the Ryzen 3 will be released on July 27th with no price point listed yet.

The ThreadRipper will feature X399 boards with quad channel DDR4 Memory, apart from this It’ll feature 64 lanes of PCIe. According to AMD, the ThreadRipper will easily beat the Core i9-7900x. AMD is offering 12 core, 24 thread CPU at a price point of $799. The 12 core model was able to beat Intel’s latest Core i9-7900x in Cinebench R15 by a score of 2,400 to 2,100, meanwhile, the 1950x scored 3,00 easily.
